    • Scan a digital copy of proof of ownership of your property (Sales and purchase agreement or cukai tanah or cukai pintu. Note: This is for administrative use only)
  • Step 3 Marketing
    • Click the "Post Free Ad" button and follow the simple step by step guide to list your property in our website
  • Step 4 Negotiation
    • Click the "My Properties" button to check if there are any enquiries provided by prospective buyers.
    • Assess the enquiries and press the "Contact" button to contact the prospective buyers to setup a meeting to show your property.
  • Step 5 Closing
    • Click the "Finance and Legal Services" button and our panel lawyer will contact you to prepare all documentation and formalities.

  • Step 5 Closing
    • You are responsible to prepare for the tenancy agreements for both parties. You can click the "Tenancy Agreement" button to download a copy of an editable version of the document. Once it has been agreed and signed by both parties, request for the tenant to have the stamp duty of the agreement paid in any LHDN branches. Alternatively, you can click the "Finance and Legal Services" button and our panel lawyer will contact you to prepare all documentation and formalities.

    • If you do not receive any feedback, you can revise your expected value upwards to attract the property owner to contact you.
  • Step 4 Closing
    • For buyers, click the "Finance and Legal Services" button and our panel lawyer will contact you to prepare all documentation and formalities.

  • Step 4 Closing
    • The landlord will prepare a tenancy agreement for both parties. Once it has been agreed and signed by both parties, the tenant is responsible to pay for the stamp duty of the agreement in any LHDN branches. However, if you do not agree to the clauses set by the landlord, you can click the "Finance and Legal Services" button and our panel lawyer will contact you to prepare all documentation and formalities.
